Approximately 711 single family, townhomes and multifamily dwellings are approved for Seminole Palms. A wide variety of housing types will meet the needs of everyone from new families to retirees.
An expansive recreational amenity center is planned to open in 2026. This four-acre facility will include a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse with multipurpose room, fitness center, large covered patio leading to a resort-style pool and a sun deck. The spacious, landscaped grounds are surrounded by natural forests and a large lake. There is also a playground, dog park and community postal mail kiosk.
The City of Palm Coast provides utilities for potable water, sewer and reclaimed water. Florida Power & Light provides electricity. AT&T, Bluestream and Spectrum provide communications and connectivity.
The community irrigation space covers open space and common areas. Builders install irrigation to the homes and their frontages within neighborhoods. Residents are responsible for managing and paying for their irrigation. Check with individual builders for complete information on home irrigation systems.
Seminole Palms has a Homeowners Association (HOA) and Community Development District (CDD.) Visit builder model centers for complete details on fees and community governance documents.
